POLICIES
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT
POLICY Driveline Solutions shall not be
responsible for any consequential or incidental damages
arising out of the resale or use of the merchandise.
The Company warrents to the customer that the
merchandise sold by the Company or its affiliates is
free from defects in material and workmanship. In the
event that any merchandise is defective, customers
sole remedy is to receive a replacement part.
The customer will have 60 days from the original
purchase date as listed on the original invoice, to
return the item for inspection by a company
representative. Either the original or a copy of the
original invoice must included with the item. ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED.
RETURNS All returns merchandise is
subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are no returns allowed
after 30 days, of the date received. All returns must
have prior approval and be shipped prepaid. INBOUND
C.O.D. SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED. All special order parts are
not returnable. You must contact us prior to
returning any merchandise. You will be given a Return Goods
Authorization number (RGA#) which must appear on the
outside of the shipping container. Returns will not
be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
Any exceptions will be made by the company. Allow at
least 10 working days to process merchandise returns.
PAYMENT Driveline
Solutions is currently accepting payment through
LinkPoint.
SHIPPING Driveline
Solutions ships through FEDEX. Ground, priority and freight
services are available.
Pricing: Orders
will be charged based upon the price at the checkout screen.
Shipping prices are only an estimate, extra
shipping may apply. If for any reason shipping charges must be
changed, the buyer will be contacted prior to
processing the order.
Sales
Tax: Orders billed by Driveline
Solutions will include sales tax on all shipments and pick-ups
within the state of Michigan.
System
Availability: Driveline Solutioins
makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability,
except during scheduled maintenance periods. In the
event of technical difficulties, Driveline Solutiions is
not responsible for orders that are not processed or
accepted.
